AT 35 BRIX SCRATCH MADE MEANS THAT EVERYTHING WE COOK, BAKE OR PREPARE IS MADE FROM SCRATCH; SAUCES, DRESSINGS, SOUPS AND BATTERS. OUR KITCHEN IS FULL OF KNIVES, CUTTING BOARDS, POTS AND PANS, FRESH HERBS AND SPICES AND THE CHEFS WHO PREPARE OUR MEALS KNOW HOW TO USE THEM.
We are passionate about food and care about what we produce. We select our purveyors carefully and are excited to share the end result of our craft with you, our guest.
